Where are your flowers from?

Weng Hoa Flower Boutique doesn’t work with other stores, middle men, or resellers. Our beautiful flowers are directly sourced from quality farms and suppliers in Holland, Ecuador, Columbia, Kenya, Thailand, Taiwan, South Africa, and New Zealand, to bring you a quality, long-lasting, fresh smelling delivery each time.

How long do your flowers last?

We source the highest quality, freshest flowers. Our flowers spend minimum time on the shelf and are stored in optimal, temperature controlled environments, to ensure fresh flowers and a happy smile each time. Additionally, we ensure that the supply chain is handled with the utmost care and with the best practices known to the Horticultural industry.

Do I need to put the sender's name?

We will require your details in case we cannot reach the recipient, and require additional instructions. Registering on the website is optional for placing an order. If you wish the sender to be anonymous, please mark it in the comments

What if the flowers received are damaged?

All flower orders at Weng Hoa Flower Boutique are prepared with care. Our delivery vans deliver thousands of orders every month. If you are not satisfied with the flowers or arrangement that has been delivered, please Notify us immediately before 10 p.m. on the same day of delivery, any complaints on the following day will not be entertained.

Delivery Information

Are prices quoted on the website applicable for festive seasons?

As a wholesaler, we will always try to keep our product price low and affordable especially during Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year but due to the shortage of fresh flowers and the prices given by our overseas suppliers have increased, we have no alternative but to increase the price as there are imported and seasonal flowers.

What is your term of payment?

For order that is paid via our Online Payment system (eGHL is our payment gateway provider), you will receive an acknowledgment that your payment is being successfully accepted.
If you choose to pay by either Direct Bank-In or Cheque, we will only proceed with the arrangement once your payment has cleared.

Can I get an acknowledgement as proof of delivery?

Upon request, we may email a copy of the delivery order as proof of delivery.
